Jay handles the business side and builds the software. Positioning, monetization, and the commercial model on one hand; the architecture, the code, and the systems that run it on the other.
Jess Phillips
Design
Jess handles design. Brand and identity, the interface, and the way a product actually feels to use, so what we ship looks like it belongs to the creator it was built for.
And A Bigger Bench
The two of us are the founders, but we don't build everything alone. We work with a community of freelance specialists and contract them in per project, so every build gets the right people for that specific job, rather than whoever happens to be on a payroll.
